And because we’re all about the level-up, we’ve taken this superfood sip one step further by stirring in an A-team of digestion-boosting ingredients, including apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, coconut water, and the star of the show, activated charcoal. What You’ll Need…
- 1 cup Kombucha (your favorite flavor)
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 1/2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (raw and unfiltered for maximum benefits)
- 1 teaspoon Activated Charcoal (food-grade)
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 6 oz Coconut Mint JUST Bubbles
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
What You’ll Do…
- Soak the chia seeds in a small bowl with a couple of tablespoons of water. Let them sit for about 10 minutes until they expand and form a gel-like consistency. This will give your mocktail that fun, textured look!
- In a large glass or shaker, combine the Kombucha, Coconut Water, and Apple Cider Vinegar. Stir gently to mix everything together.
- Carefully add the activated charcoal to the mixture. Stir well until fully incorporated.
- Once your chia seeds are ready, add them to the kombucha mixture and give it a good stir.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the kombucha mixture on top. Then, slowly add the Coconut Mint JUST Bubbles for a fizzy finish.
Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves, stir it up, sip it smooth, & enjoy!
